We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Laboratory Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full Time Job role To establish and manage the daily operations of the new laboratory site by ensuring regulatory readiness, implementing quality and safety systems, coordinating staff and resources, and delivering accurate, timely diagnostic services—while aligning all site activities with the strategic direction and set down operational standards. The role also contributes to organizational sustainability by driving cost efficiency, minimizing errors, reducing rework, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting initiatives that enable ISN’s long-term revenue growth toward the USD 150M projection by 2030.
