Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced SHE / Safety Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies, maintaining a safe working environment, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop,implement, and monitor workplace health and safety policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
Organize safety trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
Monitor theuseof PPEandensurestaff compliance.
Coordinate emergency response procedures and first aid readiness.
Advisemanagement on SHE improvements and compliance matters.
