Job Summary
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of RP Facilities’ buildings and premises, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting business functions including facility accounts, budgeting, administration, and human resources.
This role includes strategic planning, project management, vendor management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for facilities.
Develop and implement facility management policies.
Manage facility budgets and financial reporting.
Coordinate project management and contractor supervision.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
Collaborate with HR for staffing and training needs.
Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
