Job Summary The Escort Driver is responsible for safely transporting personnel, clients, or high-value assets while providing security support during movement. The role requires defensive driving skills, situational awareness, and strict adherence to security protocols. Key Responsibilities Drive assigned vehicles to escort clients, staff, or assets to designated locations Maintain safe driving practices at all times, especially in high-risk or sensitive movements Plan and follow approved routes while remaining alert to potential threats Provide close escort for VIPs, executives, or sensitive deliveries Maintain constant communication with the control room or operations team Assist in risk assessment during transit and respond appropriately to security situations Ensure assigned vehicle is clean, functional, and properly maintained Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel level, tires, brakes, lights, etc.) Report faults or maintenance needs promptly Follow company security protocols and standard operating procedures Maintain accurate trip logs and incident reports Adhere to traffic laws and organizational policies React quickly and professionally to emergencies or security threats Apply defensive driving techniques when necessary Escalate incidents to the appropriate authority immediately.
