Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Assistant, based in Kaduna and Abuja. The Training Assistant will source for security guards applicants, support training and development programs, assist in organizing sessions.
Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and assisting trainers during sessions, maintaining training materials. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Requirements
Military/Security Agent background is an advantage
Experience in security training & development and training delivery techniques
Strong Communication in English and Hausa
Proficiency in Organization Skills, including scheduling and materials management
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficient in multitasking, with attention to detail and time management
Very good computer skills in report writing
Familiarity with security operations or similar industries is a plus
A proactive and adaptable attitude, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
