Job Summary
Manage Occupational Health activities and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of medical and healthcare services across Ardova Plc by implementing workplace health initiatives, coordinating medical support services, promoting employee wellness, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, and driving timely response to health-related incidents and emergencies across all business locations.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Examine patients to provide information on and diagnose medical condition.
Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient.
Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
Monitor patients condition and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary.
Counsel and educate patients on medical condition.
Collect, record and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
Refer patients to their HMO hospitals when necessary.
Participate in health enlightenment programs to educate Ardova group staff on disease prevention.
To identify health risks and help mitigate such.
To implement the emergency response policy of the company.
Attends to emergency medical situations promptly and efficiently.
Other Accountabilities/Responsibilities
To conduct health surveillance and offer professional advise.
Keep abreast of trends in the health care industry
Participate in unit meetings and activities as required.
Prepare agreed activity and performance reports on a timely basis, for the attention of the Head of Department and other relevant parties.
Review and restock first aid boxes across the organization
Conduct facility inspection
Pre-employment Medical Services
Perform other duties as assigned by theHead of Department
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in nursing with Registered Nurse qualification
3-5 years as a registered Nurse
Certification in Occupational Health is an added advantage
Good appreciation and working knowledge of office productivity tools.
Adept knowledge in Claims management
